Shipping Methods:
All shipping is done through US Post Office Priority Mail with insurance included; however, we can
ship through other means upon your request.
Weight and Counts of Silver Beads:
All silver beads are sold by the strand. Weight and number of beads shown in the pictures are
approximate. All other silver findings such as clasps, pendants or toggles are sold by piece.
Sizes and Colors of All Beads:
Every effort has been made to make sure that sizes, shapes and color of all beads shown on our web
site are closest to their original forms; however, they may vary somewhat when you see them in
person
Back Orders:
Due to the dynamic nature of our business and our efforts to keep our prices low, and due to the
frequent changes in the sourcing environment we may sometimes find an item not conveniently
available to include in your shipment. We are diligent in keeping our site offerings up to date, and we
otherwise pursue other avenues in the attempt to acquire replacements. If we still cannot get the
replacement, we will return your money in the form of a check.
Returns:
If for any reason at all that you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will accept undamaged goods
with no reservations within 15 days after the delivery of purchased good; except that we reserve the
right to retain 2.5% of the returned value as a restocking charge and you will incur shipping costs for
sending the goods back to us. The remaining amount of the purchase value will be promptly refunded
to you by a check.
Exchanges:
If for any reason that you need to exchange the goods, we will be glad to exchange them for the items
that are of the same value; however, you will be responsible for shipping cost both ways.
Privacy:
We will make sure that your information remains private and protected and we will never sell your
information to anyone. Data collected during purchases stays strictly with us.
